What the Job Involves
Your primary responsibility is to conduct street cleansing operations across Somerset to improve and maintain the environment with minimal disruption to customers. This includes tasks such as litter picking, hand sweeping, bin emptying, fly-tip removal, and toilet cleaning. You will operate vehicles and machinery, ensuring their maintenance and safety. Additionally, you will keep accurate records and report back on work completed, focusing on health and safety compliance.
