Who You Are

You are experienced in fast-paced, citizen-focused environments with a strong foundation in customer service. You have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage sensitive and complex information diplomatically and confidentially. Experience in a children's and young people's service, along with awareness of key guidance and legislation in this area, is essential. You should be adept at using IT systems and databases and have a track record of effectively managing administrative systems.

What the Job Involves

As a Service Coordinator in Fostering and Permanence, you will facilitate efficient service delivery by supporting processes and using technology creatively. Your role involves supporting prospective carers, maintaining oversight of permanency planning, coordinating meetings, responding to information requests, and providing administrative support. You will actively contribute to improving processes and ensuring the team is equipped to achieve strategic objectives. The position requires adaptability to Camden's agile working framework.
