What the Job Involves
This collaborative role requires close cooperation with other Personal Assistants and Officers to ensure Directors' time is managed effectively. Responsibilities include managing diaries, correspondence, and meeting logistics, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. You will oversee diary and inbox management, handle sensitive correspondence, support meetings by managing agendas and recording minutes, identify opportunities for process improvement, align departmental activities with strategic goals, and communicate with stakeholders on behalf of directors.
