What the job involves
This role requires you to provide a streamlined service to customers via telephony from the Contact Centre in Ormskirk and face-to-face at Customer Service Points in Skelmersdale and Ormskirk. You will respond to queries received face-to-face, through phone calls, and electronically, determining the required service and ensuring resolution of customer issues. Your presence will be visible at the Council's Customer Service Points, where you will act as a “Greeter” to visitors and customers. The job also involves liaising with management and team members to address service-related queries effectively.
