What the Job Involves
This role requires delivering outstanding first-line customer service, handling public enquiries, and signposting effectively. You will create and maintain accurate records, including sign-up information, enrolment details, attendance, outcomes, and fee collection. Collaborating with College staff across departments, you ensure that clients/learners receive current and accurate information. The role involves supporting a positive client experience by ensuring college facilities are welcoming. You will assist the Skills & Engagement team in developing partnerships with local agencies and providing overall administrative support to the Step Ahead team.
