Who You Are

Lincoln FAST is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our team temporarily to cover planned short-term sickness. You are someone who thrives in a fast-paced, frontline team environment and is adept at conducting assessments of children and their families. Your experience encompasses managing cases involving Children in Need (CIN), Child Protection (CP), and Children in Care (CIC), and undertaking both public and private law proceedings.

What the Job Involves

This role involves conducting a wide range of assessments, including parenting, risk, sibling, and kinship assessments. You will collaborate with families to develop intervention plans that lead to sustained change and enhanced safety for children. Based at St Giles Family Centre, you will operate within a duty system where you'll be in the office for a full 5 days every 4th week. In other weeks, a mix of working from home and attending the office is expected.

Skills
