You have relevant electrical qualifications and experience in testing, inspection, certification, and compliance within a social housing environment. You possess excellent communication and customer service skills and can work independently or as part of a team.

What the job involves This role involves ensuring the quality, safety, and compliance of electrical works across domestic properties and projects throughout the borough. Your responsibilities include conducting electrical testing and inspections, completing certification, and signing off on electrical works following current regulations and standards. You will represent the Council in a professional manner, delivering essential repair and maintenance services to residents.

• Experience with electrical testing and inspections
