Who You Are
We are looking for ambitious, proactive individuals who can find creative and innovative solutions to local problems and have a passion for customer service. You should have experience working in Homelessness, Housing Management, or possess a working knowledge of housing law and homelessness legislation.
What the Job Involves
Housing Solutions Officers will support households in temporary accommodation, addressing a wide range of issues such as queries, complaints, housing advice, disrepair, and anti-social behavior (ASB). You will proactively assist residents in finding housing solutions and transitioning from temporary accommodation to private rented housing. You will also ensure that temporary accommodations meet required standards and work in partnership to address tenancy issues. Responsibilities include all aspects of tenancy and property management, including handling repairs, investigating complaints, and dealing with tenancy-related issues.
