Role

Who You Are

You are someone with demonstrable experience in delivering high-level business support, ideally within children's services or a Local Government setting. You excel in communication and teamwork, have a strong IT skill set, particularly with Excel, Liquid Logic, and AI systems, and possess a solid understanding of confidentiality requirements such as GDPR.

What the Job Involves

The role involves providing independent support to Family Help Teams, Hubs, or the Multi-Agency Child Protection Team (MACPT). You will efficiently handle administrative tasks, manage data collection, screen referrals, record outcomes, and produce reports. A key part of your role is offering information and guidance to families and professionals, ensuring they safely and effectively progress to appropriate team members. You will also support practitioners and managers in ensuring a framework of equity for all families served.
