You are adaptable and capable of working flexibly, including participating in an on-call rota, to meet the community's emergent needs.
What the Job Involves
Your role involves leading and line managing a team of operatives within Enfield Repairs Direct. You will undertake complex diagnostics and coordinate multi-trade repair projects, conduct pre and post inspections, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with community groups and residents, attending evening meetings, and ensuring the repair service is delivered efficiently and effectively. You will also assist in operational management and deputize for the Repairs Manager when needed.
