What the Job Involves

This role involves providing housing support to applicants with multiple and complex support needs, specifically those housed in the Private Rented Sector. You will:

• Deliver proactive support focused on tenancy sustainment.
• Coordinate activities with various supporting agencies.
• Manage a caseload of clients through a casework management approach.
• Collaborate with internal and external agencies to ensure comprehensive client services.
• Maintain timely and accurate case management records.
• Support the peer involvement program and promote service user inclusion.
• Facilitate practical assistance to service users for enhancing their independent living skills.
• Contribute to team efforts for achieving positive outcomes for service users.

• Ability to develop and implement Sustainable Housing Support Plans
