What the job involves
Your role as an Anti-social Behaviour Officer involves working within the resident relationship ASB team. You will handle referrals of multi-faceted, complex, and often high-risk cases. You are responsible for ensuring that clear outcomes-based plans and risk management action plans are developed and executed. You will also maximize access to a range of other services and interventions to assist residents during crises, which may include issues related to mental health, domestic abuse, harassment or hate crime, loss and bereavement, and substantial debt or financial hardship.
