What the Job Involves
The Adjudication Officer role supports the Parking Enforcement Team by providing administrative and clerical support for the decriminalised enforcement process of Penalty Charge Notices for both stationary and moving vehicles. You will be responsible for managing correspondence related to these notices, handling appeals to the London Tribunal Environment and Traffic Adjudicators, processing applications to the County Court, and managing bailiff enquiries. The role also requires providing high-quality technical and administrative support and adapting to varying customer demands in compliance with corporate policies and legislative requirements.
