Who You Are
We are seeking an experienced Review Officer with in-depth knowledge of housing laws, particularly regarding Part 6 & 7 of the Housing Act 1996. You should be self-motivated and capable of working independently while making use of your own initiative. Your background should include experience in handling complex housing inquiries and the ability to produce well-documented and legally sound decisions. Regular communication with solicitors and other representatives should be within your comfort zone.
What the Job Involves
This role entails conducting thorough reviews of housing cases in accordance with the Housing Act 1996, ensuring all decisions are well-documented and legally justified. While the position is primarily remote, you may occasionally need to attend office meetings. This is an urgent requirement for an initial period of 3 months.
