What the Job Involves
As a Repairs Supervisor, you will oversee a team of skilled repair operatives to ensure high-quality work and efficient material use. You will carry out complex diagnostics, coordinate repair projects affecting multiple properties, and manage void teams to ensure timely delivery. Your responsibilities include conducting tool box talks, overseeing pre and post inspections of tenanted properties, and attending evening tenant association meetings. You will be responsible for maintaining compliance with health and safety standards and ensuring responsiveness to customer needs.
